When Grant Murray took the field against Buckie Thistle on 12/7/2005 he began a run of games that saw him play in every minute of every 1st team match that season, ending with the promotion-winning play-off against Peterhead on 14/5/2006. The run comprised 52 competitive fixtures plus 4 friendly matches. The season also saw 4 matches going into extra time so in total he played the equivalent of 57.3 matches - 5,160 minutes.
