In April 1930 the 1-1 draw between Thistle v Rangers in the Scottish Cup final at Hampden Park attracted a crowd of 107,475. The crowd at the Wednesday night replay was 102,479 making the total attendance to just under 210,000. At the time, the attendance for the replay set a record for any midweek match played in the UK.
