![]() Willie Wilkie was born in Glasgow, although we've been unable to establish a date as of yet. * The forward signed for George Easton's Thistle on Tuesday, 1st March, 1927, having most recently been with East Fife. He made his debut appearance on Saturday, 12th November, 1927, in a 2-0 defeat away to Airdrieonians in the SFL First Division. Willie scored his only goal for Thistle on Saturday, 24th December, 1927, in a 4-2 defeat away to Queen's Park in the SFL First Division. He played his last game for the club on Saturday, 15th March, 1930, in a 1-1 draw at home to Dundee United in the SFL First Division, having appeared as a Jag on 20 occasions. His club-list included East Fife, Partick Thistle and Raith Rovers. We don't know where or when Willie died. *
