 Auld (forename unknown) was probably born in Scotland, although his place and date of birth remain unknown to us. * The forward appeared for Thistle in April, 1887. He made his only known appearance on Saturday, 9th April, 1887, in a 7-1 neutral-venue win against Greenock Rangers in the Greenock Charity Cup. That day, he became a member of our scoring debutant's club, adding his second and last known Thistle goal for good measure. His known club-list included only Partick Thistle. We don't know where or when Auld died. *
