Vítězslav Mooc was born on Wednesday, 4th January, 1978, in Krnov, Moravian-Silesian Region.

The 5' 11 (12st 4lbs) forward signed for Ian McCall's Thistle on Thursday, 31st January, 2008, having most recently been with Slavoj Trebisov.

Aged 30, he made his debut appearance on Saturday, 16th February, 2008, in a 1-1 draw away to Dunfermline Athletic in the SFL First Division.

There were no goals for Vítězslav during his spell with Thistle.

He played his last game for the club on Saturday, 19th April, 2008, in a 1-0 defeat away to Livingston in the SFL First Division, having appeared as a Jag on 3 occasions.
