Thomas Sinclair was probably born in Scotland, although his place and date of birth remain unknown to us. *

The forward probably joined Thistle in 1879.

He made his first known appearance on Saturday, 24th January, 1880, in a 1-0 friendly win away to 2nd Queen's Park.

That day, Thomas became a member of our scoring debutant's club.

He scored the last of his 4 known goals on Saturday, 11th March, 1882, in a 5-0 win away to Yoker in the Yoker Cup.

He played his last known game for the club on Saturday, 21st October, 1882, in a 3-3 draw away to Cambuslang in the Scottish Cup, having appeared for the Thistle on at least 9 occasions.

His known club-list included Partick Thistle and Distillery.

Bio Extra

Described as a capital inside wing whose dodging and dribbling skills were a treat to witness. A game individual, he also took a turn in goal! Signed for Distillery in the Autumn of 1884.
