Thomas McQuade was probably born in Scotland, although his place and date of birth remain unknown to us. *

The defender signed for George Easton's Thistle on Friday, 17th September, 1920, having most recently been with Renfrew.

He made his debut appearance on Saturday, 23rd October, 1920, in a 3-2 win at home to Hibernian in the Scottish Football League.

There were no goals for Thomas during his spell with Thistle.

He played his second and last game for the club on Saturday, 30th October, 1920, in a 4-0 defeat away to Morton in the Scottish Football League.

His club-list included Renfrew, Partick Thistle, Dalbeattie Star and Arthurlie.
