Thomas [ii] |
![]() Thomas (forename unknown) was probably born in Scotland, although his place and date of birth remain unknown to us. * The midfielder probably joined Thistle in late, 1902. He made his only appearance on Wednesday, 6th May, 1903, in a 4-0 win away to Milngavie in a Benefit match. There were no known goals for Thomas in his one-off game for Thistle. His known club-list included only Partick Thistle. We don't know where or when Thomas died. *

![]() Little is known of this half-back who appeared at least once for the Reserves (in January 1903) and got a run out with the first team 4 months later in a low-key fundraiser in aid of Milngavie FC, played at their Broomlands Park. In front of a poor crowd and on a poor surface, the locals were first to show but Thistle soon got going. After McAllister had opened the scoring it was largely one-way traffic. Lamont doubled the lead. The second half was end to end but Milngavie couldn't find the net then, as darkness fell, Thistle scored twice more. |
