 Stephen Gerard O'Donnell was born on Monday, 11th May, 1992, in Bellshill, North Lanarkshire. The 6' 2 (14st 0lbs) defender signed for Jackie McNamara's Thistle on Wednesday, 24th August, 2011, having most recently been with Celtic. Aged 19, he made his debut appearance on Saturday, 17th September, 2011, in a 4-0 win at home to Ayr United in the SFL First Division. Stephen scored his first goal for Thistle on Friday, 30th September, 2011, in a 5-0 win at home to Greenock Morton in the SFL First Division. He scored the last of his 11 goals on Saturday, 9th May, 2015, in a 1-1 draw away to Hamilton Academical in the SPFL Premiership. He played his last game for the club on Saturday, 23rd May, 2015, in a 0-0 draw away to Motherwell in the SPFL Premiership, having clocked up 153 appearances as a Jag. At September, 2020, Stephen's club-list included Celtic, Partick Thistle, Luton Town, Kilmarnock and Motherwell. |
