Bio Extra

When Stephen first broke into the Thistle first team he was the first player to come through the youth ranks into the side for a number of years. Scored a number of goals in Thistle's last Premier League campaign, including a spectacular effort against Celtic. Spent the following season mostly as a substitute before cash problems at the club led to a free transfer. Joined Clydebank for a couple of seasons before returning to Firhill for the start of the 99/00 season, but was plagued by injury and released at the end of the season and subsequently he joined Airdrie.
