 Ryan James McGowan was born on Tuesday, 15th August, 1989, in Adelaide. The 6' 3 (11st 9lbs) defender temporarily transferred to Ian McCall's Thistle on Tuesday, 15th February, 2011, from his parent club, Heart of Midlothian. Aged 21, he made his debut appearance on Tuesday, 15th February, 2011, in a 1-1 draw away to Cowdenbeath in the SFL First Division. There were no goals for Ryan during his spell with Thistle. He played his last game for the club on Saturday, 26th March, 2011, in a 0-0 draw away to Dunfermline Athletic in the SFL First Division, having appeared as a Jag on 7 occasions. At September, 2024, Ryan's club-list included Para Hills, Heart of Midlothian, Ayr United, Partick Thistle, Shandong Luneng Taishan, Dundee United, Henan Jianye, Guizhou Zhicheng, Sharjah, Bradford City, Dundee, Sydney, Kuwait, St Johnstone and Livingston. |
