Robert Jordan |
Robert Jordan was probably born in Scotland, although his place and date of birth remain unknown to us. * The forward signed for Donald Turner's Thistle on Friday, 26th August, 1932, having most recently been with Forth Rangers. He made his debut appearance on Saturday, 27th August, 1932, in a 2-1 defeat at home to Hamilton Academical in the SFL First Division. That day, Robert became a member of our scoring debutant's club. He played his second and last game for the club on Saturday, 3rd September, 1932, in a 3-0 defeat away to Kilmarnock in the SFL First Division. His club-list included Forth Rangers, Partick Thistle and East Stirlingshire. We don't know where or when Robert died. *
