Richard Little was born on Saturday, 20th May, 1989, in Stevenston, North Ayrshire. The 5' 9 (11st 12lbs) defender signed for Ian McCall's Thistle on Tuesday, 14th August, 2007, having most recently been with Ardrossan Winton Rovers. Aged 18, he made his debut appearance on Tuesday, 8th April, 2008, in a 1-0 win at home to Stirling Albion in the SFL First Division. There were no goals for Ricky during his time with Thistle. He played his last game for the club on Tuesday, 11th August, 2009, in a 1-1 draw at home to Liverpool XI in a Benefit match, having appeared as a Jag on 13 occasions. At September, 2024, Ricky's club-list included Ardrossan Winton Rovers, Partick Thistle, Queen's Park, Arbroath and Beith Juniors. |

Mathematically it was all over after this defeat. Thistle had most of the chances but little in the way of luck and it was Airdrie who scored in added time. Looking obviously off-side ex-trialist Lynch (remember him?) tapped in a cross from a yard. A cruel last laugh. |
