![]() Paul Kinnaird was born on Friday, 11th November, 1966, in Glasgow. The 5' 8 (11st 11lbs) forward signed for John Lambie's Thistle in December, 1991, having most recently been with St Mirren. Aged 25, he made his debut appearance on Wednesday, 1st January, 1992, in a 2-0 win away to Hamilton Academical in the SFL First Division. Paul scored his first goal for Thistle on Saturday, 8th February, 1992, in a 3-0 win at home to Montrose in the SFL First Division. He scored the last of his 5 goals on Wednesday, 27th January, 1993, in a 2-0 win at home to Dundee in the SFL Premier Division. He played his last game for the club on Saturday, 22nd July, 1995, in a 2-1 defeat at home to Zagreb in the Intertoto Cup, having appeared as a Jag on 51 occasions. Paul's club-list included Norwich City, Dundee United, Motherwell, St Mirren, Partick Thistle, Shrewsbury Town, St Johnstone, Derry City, Dunfermline Athletic, Scarborough, Ayr United, Stranraer, Ross County, Queen of the South, Brechin City, Clydebank and Irvine Meadow XI. |
