Bio Extra

Young goalkeeper signed from Carluke in 1988. Paul was the regular reserve goalkeeper for these two seasons, proving himself to be an excellent shot stopper. Was given the chance to impress in the penultimate League game of the 1989/90 season at Albion Rovers, but he looked nervous and did not play well as Thistle drew 2-2. Subsequently handed a free transfer and at the end of the season he was signed by Morton.
