 Murray (forename unknown) was probably born in Scotland, although his place and date of birth remain unknown to us. * The forward appeared as a guest for Thistle in August & September, 1900, having most recently been with Forres Mechanics. He made his debut appearance on Monday, 27th August, 1900, in a 1-1 friendly draw at home to Clyde. Murray scored his only goal for Thistle on Saturday, 1st September, 1900, in a 5-2 friendly win at home to Dumbarton. That goal came in his second and final appearance for the club. His club-list included Forres Mechanics and Partick Thistle. We don't know where or when Murray died. *
