 Mossman (forename unknown) was probably born in Scotland, although his place and date of birth remain unknown to us. * The defender probably joined Thistle in 1882. He made his first known appearance on Saturday, 14th October, 1882, in a 4-3 friendly defeat away to Beith. There were no known goals for Mossman during his time with Thistle. He played his last known game for the club on Saturday, 5th September, 1885, in a 1-1 friendly draw away to St Bernard's, having appeared for the Thistle on at least 12 occasions. His known club-list included only Partick Thistle. We don't know where or when Mossman died. *
