The Little Report Thistle were completely outplayed as rampant Rangers drove on to the championship. An early Lyons shot and a point black save from a Slavin header were Thistle's only chances. 2 goals mid-way through the 1st half, a 3rd just after h-t and 2 more late on did the damage. A play-off looked increasingly likely.
