| Elliot opened the scoring (17) when he cashed in as the keeper parried a McGovern shot. Slack defending led to the equaliser (20) but Elliot restored the lead (34) and extended it (47). Forfar fought back immediately and reduced the lead (49) but couldn't find another goal for a share of the points. |
