| A better performance this time with Paterson of Glentoran as guest keeper. Flood found space early on then Craig shot home just on half-time for a 2-0 lead but Thistle lost their way and Portadown pulled it back to 2-2 with 5 minutes left but Wright scored even later from an uncleared corner. |
