Thistle dominated with the rain/gale-force winds at their backs. When a clearance landed at his feet, Dunlop's left foot strike (2) gave Thistle a great start but Kilmarnock equalised with a soft pen (40). The expected second half onslaught against the wind failed to materialise and McDonald slammed home the winner (67).
