An excellent display, inspired by Higgins who scored in 30 seconds when he spun and shot home from 12 yards. He set up the 2nd goal with a run along the bye-line and a cut-back for Johnston (73). Rangers only threatened after half-time but the defence stood firm and win effectively blew Rangers' title challenge.
