| The 7th meeting of the teams was poor and forgettable. Rangers had few chances and found Rough in fine form. They just deserved their half-time lead (43) and had a goal chalked off (wrongly) for off-side then a beautiful swerving shot from 20 yards by Whittaker (68) levelled things. Jardine almost stole it late on. |
