It was a stroll in the sun against already relegated Kilmarnock. Only 1,250 turned out to see a typical “nothing to play for“ game. The Thistle defence hardly broke sweat and the forwards took it easy. A goal by Clark with a crisp header from in a Jardine free-kick before half-time won the points.
