| In driving rain and mud, a surprisingly good game. Stand-in keeper McNab had another fine game and Park and Higgins ran the show. Morton took the lead with a cracking drive but Thistle ran out comfortable winners with goals from Watson (17), Higgins (53) then an OG by Morton's scorer (84) made the points safe. |
