McAdam headed in a Gibson cross then he fired home a parried shot by Melrose. Park made it 3-0 at half-time. Melrose made it 4-0 via the underside of the bar then a lob over the keeper gave McAdam his hat-trick. Wilson made it 6 from close in as Thistle eased past their 1st opponents in the Gathering of the Clans Tournament.
