Thistle struggled to break down a solid defence because the Mansfield keeper put up the shutters. In the second half a Melrose lob was cleared off the line then Mansfield applied some pressure and Rough had a tremendous save. Finally, a clearance fell to the feet of Melrose (75) and he chipped it home. A slender lead.
