The Little Report 4th top Ayr had Thistle under pressure early on but a fine 4-man move saw Glavin open (11). A brilliant Rough save kept it at 1-0 then a glancing header from a free-kick by Craig made it 2-0 (35). Fittingly Glavin (the best man on the park) scored with a fine opportunist goal on the final whistle.
