The Little Report Thistle were hit with a goal in the 1st min with a simple header. Glavin headed over, McQuade blasted over, Coulston shot wide. A brilliant run from the half-way line resulted in a 2nd goal (25). Ayr were on top and a goal by McQuade (84) after a cheeky back-heel by Chalmers was much too late.
