The Little Report It took Thistle about 20 minutes to get their first shot on target. By that time Rovers had had the better start and had gone close with a shot that went just wide. On the half hour mark Thistle went 1-down when slack marking left the Rovers' No 8 in the clear to take a pass and shoot past Rough. In the 2nd half things improved when Lawrie and McQuade switched wings. Coulston got Thistle's equaliser 15 minutes from the end.
