The sun burned away the fog and a good game followed. Thistle had the edge on chances but couldn't find the net and 3rd top Rovers scored the only goal when the Thistle defence got into a tangle/scramble at a free-kick (25). Rovers took over although Coulston hit the bar just on half-time. Thistle remained 9th.
