Thistle were pressed back from the start by 2nd top Kilmarnock. Ritchie had a magnificent save from a free-kick then the bar saved him. A defensive blunder let in Flanagan who dribbled round the keeper (40). It was all Kilmarnock after half-time. They hit the bar again then scored with a header (60). A creditable point.
