The sides couldn't complain about the lack of chances but both sets of forwards were either unlucky or off target. Albion gradually got on top and deservedly scored just on half-time. Gallagher scored (47) but bottom club Albion (5 points out of 36) scored with a snap shot (89) as Thistle hit rock-bottom form.
