| Thistle trailed 4-0 before Duncan reduced the lead (37) from close in after a 50-yard run by Cunningham. It was 5-1 before Gibb scored but a 6th goal (74) completed the rout. Both Thistle goals came from poor defending. Thistle were largely camped in their own half for long spells and were overwhelmed. |
