The Little Report Thistle attacked from the start. Davis went close then McParland scored with a low header at the far post from a Campbell cross (16). The goal only served to wake Hibs up and they levelled (17) thanks to poor defending. 4 goals came easily (27, 31, 49 and 73) and although Thistle fought on, they were well beaten.
