Dundee (2nd top) never recovered from goals by Smith and Kerr (10 and 12) both following free-kicks from almost identical spots. As the fog rolled in, Smith raced through to score the 3rd with a terrific shot (73) but half the crowd probably missed it. Thistle were the better team and were always comfortable.
