The Little Report Goals 30, 35 and 55 gave Kilmarnock a 3-goal lead before Smith headed in a Ewing cross seconds later. Ewing went off injured (60) but Kilmarnock were the better team even before that. It was 4-1 (63) then Davidson missed a pen. Thistle fought on and there was no lack of effort but it ended in an easy home win.
