The Little Report Rovers scored with a side-footer (19) then Smith skimmed the bar from 25 yards. The home team missed a sitter then had a goal chalked off for off-side. In the 2nd half it was mainly Rovers and although Thistle had a few attacks, they couldn't find an equaliser. A fine Ledgerwood save ensured it stayed 1-0.
