A Sharp shot went just wide, but it was all Dundee. They were denied an obvious pen (25) but they scored twice (35 and 39) for 2-0 at half-time. Thistle were only seen spasmodically in attack and it was no surprise that Dundee scored a 3rd goal towards the end. But for Ledgerwood it would have been worse.
