After a bright start by Thistle, Rangers wasted a few chances then scored (18). The second half was poor but an equaliser came (66) when cross led to an og. A header (75) won it. A poor, scrappy game that Thistle might have won as Henderson hit the bar twice in the last 10 mins. Howitt limped on the wing for an hour.
