Airdrie were good value for their half-time lead (a Sutherland og, 14) but after half-time they got too complacent. Younger scored a fine solo goal (53) “walking clean through on his own” (SP) then he set up Douglas for the winner (74). A late fight-back by Airdrie came to nothing and they fired a pen straight at Henderson.
