Falkirk dominated early on but McKennan with “a brilliant exposition of inside-forward play“ (SC) scored with a rocket shot (27). Falkirk levelled (27) but McKennan restored the lead (54). Wallace made it 3-1 (73) but Falkirk hit back (74) then Johnstone saved a penalty soon after. Wallace got his 2nd and 3rd late on but it was harder than suggested.
