Thistle were no match for a fine Falkirk side who took the lead (17). McLean hit the bar then Johnstone was a fault (35) thinking a shot was going wide. Thistle stormed back however and McLean hit the bar again but an OG by Prior (67) killed them off. A brilliant save denied McLeod (A) late on.
