The Little Report Thistle eased into 5th in the league with this win. A solid start saw them 2-up inside 6 minutes with goals from Torbet and Ballantyne. Ayr pulled one back (11) and had most of the play after that but their finishing was weak. Thistle made better use of fewer chances and Torbet scored again (77).
