The Little Report Queens scored (5), went 2-up on the half hour and led 3-0 at h-t. Thistle couldn't cope with the hard tackling and fast forward play of the amateurs. McDougall scored after a scramble (51) but Queens added a 4th. Wilkie scored for 4-2 and Grove hit the post but it was all too late. Well beaten.
