Thistle had the best of a goalless first half and Grove hit the bar. He missed part of the game through injury and Kinloch and Gibson both ended the game as passengers. 2 quick goals by champions Celtic gave them a comfortable lead before Hair (in his 1st game since September, how they missed him!) scored (85).
