There were threats of a severe thunderstorm on an overcast evening and Thistle were 2 down early. Kinloch nipped in between two to get on the end of Torbet's cross (33) before a long ranger (40) made it 3-1 h-t. Without leaving the field, second half play got underway and it was 4-1 3 minutes in. King's Park gave one of their finest performances of the season and wanted it more.
