The OH gives Thistle's opener to John Miller but JL/SC/SP/GH all say it was a Jimmy Kinloch shot, albeit both the SC and SP mention that it hit the post and hit off Britton (the Dundee goalie) en-route to the net, but the SP still quotes Kinloch as the actual scorer. We give Jimmy Kinloch the benefit of the doubt.

The first half was basically Dundee v Ramsay and his saves kept it level at half-time. A dramatic change after half-time saw Kinloch shoot home via post and keeper (55) then Miller extended the lead soon after. Unaccountably, Dundee struggled to make any impression. Thistle stayed 5th. A surprising win.
