The Little Report Gibson scored early but this was a shaky win. Bottom club Ayr pounded the Thistle defence but Ramsay was in fine form. Even so, Ayr's misses were exceptional. In the 2nd half, with the keeper on the ground, they hit the bar and shot the rebound past from 5 yards. Lucky 2 points.
