On a hard, slippy surface the players had difficulty keeping their feet. Thirds did most of the attacking but couldn't find the net and Harris (N) gave Thistle a half-time lead. The second half was more even and Thirds equalised (65). Bowie got the winner near the end to edge out Thirds who were unlucky on the day.
